At Notting Hill, we stand behind the premium quality of our e-bikes. We want you to ride with absolute confidence, which is why we offer a comprehensive warranty and a straightforward returns process.

🛡️ Our Warranty Policy
Every Notting Hill e-bike purchased directly from our website comes with a 2-year manufacturer’s warranty covering manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the original purchaser and starts on the day of delivery.
What is Covered?
  • The Frame: Covered for 2 years against structural defects.
  • Core Electrical Components: The motor, battery, display screen, and controller are covered for 2 years or 500 charge cycles (whichever comes first).
  • Mechanical Components: Brakes, suspension forks, drivetrain, and gear shifters are covered for 12 months.
What is Not Covered?
  • Normal wear and tear on consumable parts (e.g., tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, cables, and saddle fabrics).
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, commercial use (e.g., delivery riding), or modifications.
  • Damage resulting from water submersion or pressure washing.
  • Maintenance or repairs carried out by unauthorized bike mechanics without our prior consent.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

We want you to love your Notting Hill e-bike. If you change your mind, you can return your purchase within 14 days of delivery under our standard cancellation policy.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a full refund, your return must meet the following criteria:
  • The e-bike must be in brand-new, resaleable condition.
  • The odometer must show fewer than 10 miles of total test riding.
  • The bike must be clean, free from scratches or dirt, and returned in its original factory packaging with all components, chargers, keys, tools, and manuals included.
Return Shipping Fees
  • Change of Mind: If you are returning the bike simply because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Because e-bikes require specialized courier transport, we can arrange collection for a flat fee of £150, which will be deducted from your final refund.
  • Faulty or Damaged Items: If your bike arrives damaged or develops a major fault within the first 30 days, we will arrange free collection and provide a full refund or replacement at zero cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
