E-bikes are heavy, valuable items. Because of this, we partner with specialized courier networks experienced in handling large cargo.
  • Signature Required: All e-bike deliveries require an adult signature upon arrival. The courier will not leave the bike unattended.
  • Delivery Slots: You will receive a text message or email from the courier on the morning of delivery providing a specific 2-hour delivery window.

To ensure your bike is protected during transit, it arrives 85% assembled in a heavy-duty, double-walled cardboard box.
Don't worryβ€”you do not need to be a mechanic to finish the build. You only need to:
  1. Clip and remove the protective packaging.
  2. Attach the handlebars and front wheel.
  3. Screw in the pedals.
  4. Insert and lock the battery.
